After managing offices for Tarbell Realtors, Century 21 Emery, and Century 21 Beachside, Scot opened CURRY, REALTORS in 2002.

Scot's additional endeavors include representing a nonprofit corporation for 19 years, where he located HUD properties to purchase, estimated and managed repairs, then sold to first-time buyers.

Over 1,000 homes and small apartment buildings were completed. Scot also represented an investment group for 3 years, locating and advising the purchase of trustee court house sales. He located properties, completed pre-purchase inspections, managed repairs, then sold to buyers. Over 300 homes were completed.
